2004 Heritage Theater in Campbell, CA (refurbished 90 year old theater to current standards): Installed structural steel around stage and ceiling areas to support new rigging and lighting needs. Installed floor beams, guard rails and stair rails throughout building

2004 Majestic Elementary School, Berryessa School District, San Jose, CA. Installed strongback supports at new “saw cut’ openings.

2005 Kammerer Pedestrian Bridge, San Jose, CA. Fabricated 200 feet of guard rail and hand rail on approach of each end of structure. Galvanized and powder coat finish.

2005 Google corporate headquarters, Mountain View, CA. Tennant improvement including galvanized guard rail around new swimming pool and custom light fixtures and ceiling frames for “tent canopy” in 60 office rooms.

2014 Orchard Supply Hardware.  Complete redesign and restructure of nursery.  Canopy and fencing updated on several OSH stores throughout the Bay Area.

2015 Spirit Rock. Meditation center framing manufacturing and installation located in San Rafael church of Spirit Rock.

2015 Tencate Poject. Manufacturing and installation of tilt-up building located in Morgan Hill CA.

2006 P A Superior court Palo Alto structural steel seismic upgrade, 

2007 Savannah apartments in San Jose upgrade stairs and balcony rails,

2008 Borregasbridge overcrossing Sunnyvale hand rails and steel side screen structure,

2009 Chemical Waste Storage in San Jose canopy structure and ramp rail,

2010 Chaboya Bus wash VTA San Jose roof structure,

2011 Vallejo Ferry Terminal roof deck guard rail and stair rail,

2012 Western Digital Fremont Photo clean link expansion structural steel framing,

2013 San Jose State University New equipment access stair,
